Yotsume Dyed Cloth | Name Engraving | Kawari Ichimatsu Naito Color | Neivy
It is a name tag made using traditional technique "katazome" dyeing on cloth.
Since all are handmade by craftsmen, even the same pattern has individual characteristics point by point.
Sometimes the edge of the pattern may be blurred, or the dyeing method may change.
This "unevenness" brings out expressions and warmth that cannot be created digitally.
* Because the way the pattern appears changes depending on the cutting location, the position of the pattern cannot be selected. Please kindly understand this in advance. *
The charm of the name tag
Speaking of name tags, the mainstream is simple laser-made ones without texture.
However, this name tag makes a strong impression at first glance.
You will surely be visited by the moment when you are complimented with "It's a wonderful name tag."

Easy to use
Since there are pockets on the left and right when opened, you can separate your own and the other person's name tags, carry two types of name tags, and use them freely and flexibly.
Not only as a name tag, but also as a card holder that organizes point cards.
Putting thoughts into each one
Making name tags is done with "Yotsume dyeing cloth".
In our dyeing studio, using Japan's traditional techniques "katazome" and "tsutsumikaki," patterns are applied to cloth, and products such as name tags are created using these as raw materials.
It starts with making stencil paper using original design drawings.
The stencil paper is placed on the cloth, and paste made by mixing rice flour and glue is brushed on.
The parts where the paste is applied do not get dyed and become the white parts of the pattern.
Paste is applied with a free hand like tying raw cream.
The parts where the paste is applied remain white, similar to katazome,
but the big feature of tsutsumikaki is that it can express freedom unlike hand painting.
Regardless of which technique is used, the subsequent process is the same.
Once the paste is dried, dye is applied with a brush.
If it is a single color, it is finished at once, but if multiple colors are layered,
it is like painting a picture, applying each color one by one.
Finally, when the paste is washed off with water, the pattern floats out clearly and drying completes.
In this way, after a long process, one cloth is completed, and the shape changes into a name tag.

Pattern found only here
All patterns of "Yotsume dyeing cloth" are original.
Therefore, this design can only be obtained here.
The pattern called "Massless flower" used in the name tag is actually a flower in the imagination conceived by the designer Koichi Ono.
Since it does not exist in reality and was born from the creator's imagination, it is a special design that can only be obtained here.
The color is a vivid mountain breeze yellow.
The bright yellow color that reminds of spring sunlight also brilliantly lifts the mood of the wearer.
