These notebooks are carefully bound by hand, making them easy to open and giving them a unique feel that grows on you the more you use them.

It is firmly bound with thread so pages are less likely to fall out and you can use it for a long time.

It works well with fountain pens and brush pens, and is extremely comfortable to write with. It will turn your daily writing into something special, whether you're writing in a diary, travel log, sketchbook, poetry collection, or idea notebook.

Details that highlight the charm of hand-dyed

The hand-dyed washi paper used for the cover of this Japanese-bound notebook is an original from Fuwa Market. It is hand-dyed one by one by a Yuzen washi paper dyeing artisan at a specialized factory in Kyoto.

Wishes and prayers contained in traditional patterns

[Checkered pattern]

Stylish checkerboard pattern, traditional beauty

If you take turns packing squares of different colors together, they will appear to move gently.

The checkered pattern looks as if it has been breathed into life.

When Kabuki actor Sanogawa Ichimatsu appeared on stage looking stylish and glamorous in a white and navy blue outfit, everyone, especially the women, rushed to wear it.

It became so popular that what had previously been called cobblestone pattern was renamed checkerboard pattern.

Even today, it has become a part of the green and black haori design worn by the protagonist in the manga "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," and it has remained popular with many people of all ages and across the ages.
