The area around the former Yodo River and Sakuranomiya has long been famous for its cherry blossoms, which are depicted in Kamigata rakugo (comic storytelling) and nishikie (woodblock prints), and are still carried on today in the "Sakura Street Passage" and other events.

we want to combine it with new individuality and convey it in a form that fits the current era.
We also want to preserve the traditional technique of "chusen" (pouring dye) for future generations.
Nijiyura" is a brand of tenugui hand towel born in Sakai, south of Osaka, with such passion.
