About Membership Registration
About Membership Registration
Please enter the required information on the membership registration screen, confirm the details on the confirmation screen, and click [Register]. After completing the registration, the registration details will be sent to your registered email address. Membership registration is free, and there are no joining fees or annual fees.
Forgot your password?
If you have forgotten the password you entered when registering as a member, you can reissue your password from the screen below.
When you enter your registered email address and submit, you will receive an email with a URL for the page where you can change your password.
Please access the URL provided and change your password.
Cancel membership
If you wish to cancel your membership, you can do so by filling out and submitting the cancellation form at "Cancel membership here" on your My Page.
*Once cancelled, you will not be able to check your order history.
*If you have currently ordered an item, please wait until you receive the item before cancelling your order.
Payment Method
Credit card payment
In accordance with the membership terms and conditions of your card, the payment will be debited from your designated account.
We accept the following credit cards:
Accepted card companies: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB
Please contact your credit card company for details.
Other payments
We accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Pay Later (PayPay), and PayPay (online payment).
About delivery of products
Delivery company
The products you order will be delivered within Japan by Yamato Transport.
Please note that you cannot choose the delivery company.

Nationwide shipping fee: 383 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for purchases of 5,500 yen or more (tax included) *The above flat rate applies to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands.
Products with a length of 31.2 cm or less, width of 22.8 cm or less, thickness of 2.5 cm or less, and weighing less than 1 kg will be shipped via Yamato Transport's Nekopos service for a shipping fee of 383 yen (tax included).

Nationwide shipping fee: 700 yen (tax included)
Free shipping for purchases of 5,500 yen or more (tax included) *The above flat rate applies to Hokkaido, Okinawa, and other remote islands.
*If you purchase an item marked [Shipping included] together with a regular item and the total amount is less than 5,499 yen (tax included), a shipping fee of 700 yen (tax included) will be charged.
If you purchase multiple items marked with [Shipping included], shipping will be free.
Delivery time
*After confirming that payment has been completed, we will ship within 1 to 3 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and long holidays).
*Please note that it may take some time for your order to be delivered depending on the number of orders, inventory status, and weather conditions that affect transportation.
*Delivery may be delayed slightly depending on weather and road conditions.
*Depending on the region, we may not be able to deliver at the specified time.
*Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders for products that have been confirmed by clicking the "Confirm Order" or "Pay Now" button on the payment screen.
*We do not ship on weekends, holidays, New Year's holidays, long holidays, or on days designated by our company as closed days.
Notes on delivery
If the product is returned due to an extended absence or refusal to receive the product without any notice, or if there are repeated returns due to customer convenience, we may not be able to accept your order from the next time. Thank you for your understanding.
*Products will be shipped for each order. Orders received separately will be shipped separately and we cannot ship multiple items together.
*Please note that your order will be automatically canceled if the address is unknown, the customer is absent for a long period of time, or the storage period at the shipping company has expired.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or changes to orders once they have been confirmed by clicking the "Confirm Order" or "Pay Now" buttons on the payment screen.
Before completing your order, please make sure that there are no mistakes in your order details such as size, color, price, and quantity.
Returns and Exchanges
When you receive the product, please check to make sure it is not different from what you ordered.
We try to reproduce the actual product as much as possible in the product photos, but please note that there may be slight differences depending on your usage environment.
●In case of returns due to defective products <br/>We only sell products that have passed manufacturer inspection, and take every precaution to ensure quality, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, a product damaged during delivery, or an incorrect product, please contact us.
*Please do not throw away the outer box or packing materials, and keep them in the same condition as when they were delivered.
We will respond promptly and cover both shipping and handling fees.
If you have already paid, we will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
If you wish to exchange the product, we will collect it for you. However, if we are unable to arrange for a replacement product, we may offer a refund.
●In the case of a requested return or exchange due to customer convenience, we will only accept unused, unopened products. We cannot accept returns for defects in the product or packaging attributable to the customer.
(If a defect is found after the return, we will either return the item to you with postage paid by you or charge you a loss equivalent to the damage.)
・Please note that in the case of returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, return shipping fees (prepaid) and fees for refunds will be borne by the customer.
(Only the product price will be refunded. The shipping fee incurred at the time of initial delivery will be charged at actual cost. Even if you purchased the product during a free shipping campaign, you will be charged the shipping fee if you wish to return the product.)
If you wish to exchange an item, please first request a return and then purchase the item you wish to exchange again.
●A general request for all returns and exchanges : If you wish to return an item, please be sure to notify us by email or phone before returning it. If you return the item without notifying us, we may not be able to accept the return. Please be careful.
(We ask that you return the item to our distribution center. As our headquarters and distribution center are in different locations, we will contact you with the return address.)
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days.
- Regarding defects in products covered by a manufacturer's warranty, such as home appliances, we may refer you to the manufacturer's customer service department, who has the specialized knowledge to facilitate prompt replacement.

refund
If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the payment or change the payment amount to the card company. If the card company has debited the amount, the refund may be made the month after the debit month or the month after that.
