This pattern is a simple design of hail falling and is easy to use for both men and women. It also looks like hail from rice crackers.
Kamawanu tenugui are made using the "Chusen" dyeing technique, which has been used since the Meiji era. Therefore, the finished product is slightly different even with the same dye depending on the weather, temperature, humidity, and other factors of the day.
