Received the highest gold award at the "Omotenashi Selection 2025"
This time, Fuwa Market (Operator: Fuwa Company, Inc.) received the highest gold award in the award program "Omotenashi Selection 2025 (Phase 1)" which selects excellent Japanese products and services.
"Omotenashi Selection" is a system that showcases products and services developed in Japan that embody the "spirit of hospitality" we want to convey to the world. It features evaluations by foreign experts and reviews from a global perspective.
The award-winning product was the original product from Fuwa Market, "Happiness Pattern Series".
Featuring traditional Japanese patterns such as plum blossoms, silver leaves, and blue waves, it reinterprets Japanese traditional patterns in a modern way with playful and carefully crafted designs, making it easy to incorporate into everyday life.
Not only the design, but each piece of Japanese paper and cloth is hand-dyed at an old Kyoto dyeing workshop, with paper products made in collaboration with box craftsmen and cloth products produced in cooperation with textile workshops.
This combination has been highly evaluated by domestic and overseas judges, leading to this award.
From now on, we will continue to deliver charming products with the theme of "Japanese style, cute" to the world.
