I placed an order but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Is it possible to combine multiple orders into one?
We are sorry, but it is not possible to combine multiple orders for shipment.
For order management and inventory confirmation, each order is shipped separately.

The product has not arrived. What should I do?

About order cancellation or changes
I want to change the contents of my order. Is it possible?
We do not accept changes to the order contents after confirmation. Once you press the “Confirm Order” or “Pay Now” button, the order is confirmed, so please check the contents carefully before ordering. For details, please see our Refund Policy.
I want to cancel or return/exchange my order. Is it possible?
As a rule, cancellations after ordering are not accepted, but returns and exchanges are accepted in cases of defective products or incorrect delivery.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused and unopened products (shipping and handling fees are borne by the customer).

I want to change the delivery date/time of the product. What should I do?

After confirming the details, we will guide you on whether returns or exchanges are possible and the procedures.
- Defective or incorrect delivery → Shipping and handling fees will be borne by our store.
- Returns for customer convenience → Only unused and unopened products are accepted (shipping and handling fees are borne by the customer).
