A popular Nanten branch design in red printed on a white background. The red solid expression catches the eye, and the clean feel combined with the Japanese style makes this piece stand out.

Nanten has long been considered a lucky branch. Expressed in a simple modern color scheme, it adds a peaceful and happy atmosphere to gifts and decorations.

Recommended as a gift for those who are well-known or as table centerpieces, wrapping items, or wall hangings.

Traditional Japanese Dyeing Technique "Chusen"

Chusen (pronounced chūsen) is a unique Japanese dyeing technique that has continued since the Meiji era.

The technique involves creating a pattern using stencil paper and repeatedly layering fabric, then pouring dye from above. This method allows the dye to beautifully penetrate through to the back of the fabric.

Pouring the dye from above creates natural blurring and unevenness, resulting in a warm appearance that cannot be replicated by machines.

The beautiful color blending visible from any angle, even on the reverse side, is unique to Chusen. The more you use it, the more the colors blend and deepen over time, creating your own unique flavor.

[How to Care]

For both ends of the cloth, please cut off the extended parts with scissors or similar. After washing 2 to 3 times, the fabric will settle, and it will become less prone to fraying.

[Handling Precautions]

・To maintain the original texture of the raw fabric, the finishing process is lightly hung, so some wrinkles may remain.

・There may be slight color fading, so for the first 2 to 3 washes, please avoid washing with white items.

・Please avoid using bleach (chlorine-based detergents).

・Due to the dyeing process, the color and pattern of each product may vary slightly.
