You can create an account on this site for convenient purposes such as checking your order history and saving shipping address information.

Creating an account is voluntary and there are no usage fees.

Fill out the required information on the account creation page and press the [Register] button to complete registration.

After registration is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.

If there are any changes to registered information such as address, phone number, email address, etc., please update it yourself from your account page.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery of products due to incorrect information registration.

Please enter your registered email address under "Forgot your password" on the login page.

We will send you an email containing a password reset URL.

Please check your spam folder as it may be sent to your spam folder.

You are responsible for managing your password and login information.

We cannot be held responsible even if unauthorized use occurs by a third party.

If you wish to delete your account, please submit the form from "Account Cancellation/Deletion" on My Page.
After completing the withdrawal procedure, you will no longer be able to use member functions (such as checking your order history).

*If you have not received your ordered item, please complete the cancellation procedure after receiving the item.
*Even after you withdraw from membership, we may retain your information to the extent necessary based on laws and regulations.

Products on this site are delivered both within Japan and overseas by delivery companies designated by our company.

For international shipping, Pegasus Global Express automatically selects the most suitable shipping company (FedEx/DHL/UPS, etc.) for each country.

You cannot choose the delivery company.

After placing your order, we usually ship within 1-3 business days. (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and store holidays)

Delivery time may vary depending on delivery conditions, weather, customs procedures, etc.

Delivery within Japan will be made using the delivery method specified by our company.

Overseas shipping will be done by DDU (duties, taxes, and customs fees will be paid by the customer).

At the time of delivery, local customs may charge customs duties, VAT (value added tax), and customs fees.

Customs duties and taxes vary depending on the laws of each country.

We are unable to notify you of the tax amount in advance.

In addition, taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is returned due to non-payment, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges, and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.

Generally speaking, in the United States, imported goods with a total value of less than 800 USD may be exempt from customs duties (de minimis).

However, the final decision is made by the customs, and we do not guarantee tax exemption.

If the product cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete registered address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for reshipping.

Please enter the correct address, including street address, building name, and room number.

After shipping is completed, we will notify you of the tracking number by email.

You can check the delivery status from each delivery company's tracking service.

If the product is returned due to the shipping company's storage limit having expired, the address being incorrect, or receipt being refused, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping and handling charges.

We will carefully package and ship the product, but please allow for scratches and dents on the outer box during transportation.

If the product is damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
