Color variations of the Ichimatsu pattern pen case

This Ichimatsu pattern includes meanings such as "prosperity of descendants" and "continuation of business" derived from the correct traditional model.

We designed a modern style that dyes the good motifs of the pattern in a contemporary way.

The colors are displayed in a green series that is refreshing and a

warm red series with a gentle feel.

While the colors match perfectly, each has its own personality, making them ideal as colorful desk items.

※ Because large sheets are cut to make the cases, there are individual differences in the placement of the patterns. Please understand this in advance.

The fusion of trained design and craftsmanship

This wrapping box case is a special elegant item handcrafted one by one by Kyoto’s wrapping box artisans.

The outside uses hand-dyed washi paper, and the inside adopts a different color, so the moment you open it, you can feel the vividness.

We aimed for a design that makes "using it enjoyable."

A design that combines storage capacity and functional beauty

The wrapping box case is sized just right to store stationery such as pens, rulers, and cutters.

Because it is a solidly constructed wrapping box, it protects stationery and can be used for a long time with love.

Besides stationery, it is also attractive that it can be widely used as an accessory case, cosmetics box, sewing box, and gadget case.

You can put sweets, miscellaneous goods, and small items inside, making it useful as a wrapping box for small gifts.

Inside color as an accent

The beautiful inside when opened is also exquisite, using original washi paper at the bottom inside. The color scheme, which balances with the pattern on the surface, creates a refined impression.

The smooth opening and closing made possible by meticulous craftsmanship lets you feel comfort every time you use it.

Elegant harmony created by the inside design

The bottom inside uses simple plain paper instead of hand-dyed washi paper.

While drawing out the beauty of the box, it creates a calm atmosphere, allowing you to enjoy different expressions between the front and back.

The exquisite balance with the surface design expresses a more refined impression.

Distinctive detail with the charm of hand-dyed paper

The hand-dyed washi paper used in this Nagaki case is original to Fuwa Market. It is handcrafted one by one by skilled artisans who specialize in friend washi paper dyeing in Kyoto.

The traditional technique produces a deep color and a unique harmony that is captivating. When you look closely at the surface, you can feel the subtle depth of color unique to hand-dyed paper.

Subtle gradations and nuances created by the craftsmanship produce a one-of-a-kind beauty.

Each piece is carefully dyed one by one, creating a depth and warmth that cannot be expressed by simple printing alone.

Craftsmanship that brings out the refined Japanese beauty in every detail. Every time you use it, you can feel the meaning of traditional craftsmanship and culture in Japan.

Please experience the charm of this harmony and warmth born from the artisans’ craftsmanship.

Wishes and prayers woven into traditional patterns

[Ichimatsu Pattern]

The Elegant Ichimatsu, Traditional Beauty

If the perfectly square pattern is tightly and intricately woven, it begins to look as if it is gently moving.

Ichimatsu pattern looks almost as if life itself has been breathed into it.

It was once called the Ishizuki pattern, but it became so popular that it was renamed Ichimatsu pattern.

Even today, it is beloved by many people as the green and black feather pattern design of the main character in the manga "Demon Slayer" that transcends eras and generations.
