As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed, but we can accept returns and exchanges in the event of a defective product or incorrect delivery.
Returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience can only be accepted for unused or unopened items (shipping and handling fees will be borne by the customer).
