Modern Yachimun colored with free ideas
A pottery founded in 2005 by Shinya Takahata, a potter who has a workshop in Yomitan Village. While learning the basics of Tsuboya ware, he established his own unique style by incorporating bright glazes and modern painting without being bound by tradition. The tableware that brightens your heart when placed on the dining table is loved as a ``free Yachimun'' that is both a joy to look at and a pleasure to use.
