Making textiles for daily life starts with patterns
A dyeing workshop run by designer Toyoichi Ono. Using traditional dyeing and tsutsugaki techniques, we create everyday fabrics such as clothes, curtains, and tenugui towels. Recently, he has held an exhibition titled ``Manufacturing that begins with patterns,'' and has taken on the challenge of expressing new patterns while inheriting the spirit of folk crafts. Through the fabrics that we use in our daily lives, we communicate our craftsmanship that connects culture and people.
