Tanso kiln

The beauty of slipwear inherited in Tamba
A pottery that inherits Tanba ware, one of Japan's six oldest kilns. While preserving the climbing kilns and salt kilns that remain in the mountains behind us, we also use gas kilns in modern times, and work on making pottery from both tradition and innovation. Slipwear in particular is attractive with its simple yet strong patterns and warm texture. Expressions rooted in the nature and lifestyle of Tamba will enrich your daily dining table.
